Overview Chi Networks, a Chicago-headquartered IT company with a strong presence in India, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven enthusiastic and skilled HR & Admin Intern to join our growing team in New Delhi. This is a full-time position for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic IT environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various domains such as managed services, cloud computing, and network/security operations. You will be supporting Indian and US clients. Key Responsibilities • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, and network issues • Resolve desktop-level issues (Windows, printers, antivirus, connectivity) • Maintain logs and update ticketing system • Assist with system installations, configurations, and patch updates • Help maintain IT inventory and asset tracking Requirements Qualifications • CA / B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / Diploma or cybersecurity certification (preferred) • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Location & Additional Details • Work Timings: 24x7 environment. Employees may be needed to work in night shifts. • Work Days: 5 days per week, with consecutive/ staggered week offs, any 2 days of the week • Job Type: Full-time, On-site • Location: New Delhi, India • Mandatory: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi for this position. • Internship Certificate provided • May convert to full-time based on performance
