Role: Senior UI/UX Designer Work Mode: Hybrid Duration: Permanent, Full Time Shift: 6PM to 2:45AM We’re looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user-centered digital experiences across websites, apps, and internal platforms. You'll be part of a global product team, working alongside developers, product owners, researchers, and other creatives to shape the future of digital products for a large global organization. What You’ll Do • Create modern, accessible designs that work across desktop, mobile, and tablet. • Transform abstract ideas into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and polished UI. • Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review. • Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistent UI across platforms. • Collaborate with global teams, including product, development, brand, and content. • Use tools like Figma to create and manage reusable components and layouts. • Present your work clearly and respond thoughtfully to feedback. • Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices. • Work in an agile setup with flexibility to meet across time zones. Requirements What You’ll Need • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design. • A strong portfolio showcasing work across web and mobile platforms (B2B experience preferred). • Deep expertise in Figma and proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, and InVision. • Strong grasp of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG). • Ability to conduct or support user research and usability testing. • Great communication skills and the confidence to present and defend design choices. • Familiarity with agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS or content management systems is a plus. • Preferred Skills • Certification in UI/UX, Interaction Design, or Design Thinking. • Experience with tools like Usertesting.com, Axure, or Lookback for prototyping/testing. • Ability to design for multilingual audiences and global platforms. • Comfortable working across time zones in a hybrid model.
