Role: Visual Designer – Studio Work Mode: Hybrid Work Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru KA Shift: 6PM - 2:45AM OR 3PM - 11:45PM Objective: We're looking for a Visual Designer to join our client's in-house creative studio. In this role, you'll be reviewing design work to ensure it meets high visual standards, follows brand guidelines, and is ready for stakeholder review. Your eye for detail and strong design sense will help the team maintain consistent quality across all creative outputs. What You’ll Do: • Review design work (layouts, images, typography, etc.) to ensure it's aligned with brand standards and feedback from the creative leads. • Maintain a high bar for quality across all studio projects—checking for design consistency, clarity, and technical accuracy. • Flag and share any design or process issues that could affect quality or timelines. • Collaborate with designers, managers, and other creatives to keep projects on track and maintain a strong visual standard. • Handle multiple design reviews daily and inspect files for accuracy and readiness. • Test templates created by the global design team to ensure they meet guidelines and are easy to use. • Support layout questions from the team and recommend the best template or design approach. Requirements What you need to qualify: • A portfolio of your best/most recent work. • A degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. • 5–7 years of experience in a creative studio, agency, or similar setup focusing on Print and Digital collateral • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Excellent attention to detail and design accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • A portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience with marketing materials.
