Title: Assistant Team Manager – Digital Marketing Location: Pune Reports To: Delivery Head Team Size: 22 members Shift: 3PM - 11:45PM IST Work Mode: Hybrid We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to run the show (and the team) for our client's global digital marketing hub. This isn’t just about execution, it’s about owning the function, being the go-to expert, and keeping the engine running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead the day-to-day operations of the SEO + Paid Marketing team • Act as a functional SME for all things digital - Search, Social, Web, and Automation • Manage team schedules, workloads, and performance reviews • Troubleshoot challenges, coach team members, and reduce attrition risks • Collaborate with US-based stakeholders and leadership to ensure delivery quality • Track KPIs, build team capabilities, and drive continuous improvement • Maintain oversight across campaigns, timelines, tools, and brand standards • Keep the team aligned, motivated, and on top of digital marketing trends Requirements What You'll Need to Qualify • Bachelor's Degree • 8+ years in digital marketing, with 4+ years in people management • Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads, Marketing Automation, Web & Social • Comfort with tools like Salesforce, CMS, analytics platforms, and social media schedulers • Excellent English communication - written and verbal • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and a natural team mentor • Bonus: You’ve worked with Workfront or any modern project management tool
