Job Title: Assistant Manager – Marketing Automation Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, (Hybrid) Reporting To: Global Marketing Automation Lead Team Size: 15–20 Tech Stack: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Adobe Workfront (optional) We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager (Team Lead) to run the day-to-day operations of a Marketing Automation team that supports a global business. What You’ll Do • Act as the go-to functional expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 15–20 automation specialists • Oversee lead qualification workflows and ensure timely delivery to business teams • Partner with US-based stakeholders to align on campaign ops, processes, and team capabilities • Continuously identify and execute improvements across email, platform, and campaign operations • Conduct regular performance reviews and build a culture of learning and excellence Requirements What You’ll Need To Qualify • 8–10 years in marketing automation, with 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud • 2+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity • Strong command over SFMC features and integrations • Bonus if you’re SFMC certified and familiar with Salesforce CRM • Great communication and stakeholder management skills • (Nice-to-have) Experience with Adobe Workfront and agile marketing teams
