Role: Project Manager - Content Operations Duration: Permanent - Full Time Shift: 3PM - 11:45PM OR 6PM - 2:45PM Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Hebbal, Bangalore We’re looking for a Project Manager - Content Operations to keep our client's global content engine running smoothly. You’ll be the one who makes sure that the right briefs reach the right content experts at the right time - and nothing slips through the cracks. From website copy and PR articles to email campaigns and online reputation content, this role is at the heart of content delivery for a global brand. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and track content requests from intake to final delivery using Workfront Create realistic timelines, assign resources, and ensure clear communication across writing, editing, and stakeholder teams Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to clarify briefs, gather assets, and keep expectations aligned Maintain structured workflows to support high-quality, on-time content output Track progress, flag blockers, and escalate feedback delays or delivery risks Ensure content pieces are routed through editing and proofreading stages without delay Generate status reports and performance insights for content leadership Continuously improve internal processes and documentation for better delivery outcomes Requirements What You Need to Qualify Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing or content operations environment (inclusive of writing, editing and proofreading) Hands-on experience with Workfront or similar project management tools Strong organisational skills and proven ability to manage multiple content projects & workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) Attention to detail and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
