As a Proposal Writer, you’ll own and maintain the organization’s central Proposal Library, the knowledge base that powers high-quality, winning proposals across international markets. This is the perfect role for someone who loves simplifying complex information, collaborating across teams, and building knowledge systems that directly impact revenue outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Maintain and continuously update a central bid content repository (e.g., RFPIO/Responsive) Curate and manage reusable content for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and client proposals Collaborate with bid managers, proposition leads, and sales teams to capture winning responses Write, edit, and format clear, client-ready content in line with industry standards Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements Build content templates, standardize document structure, and improve version control Review and proofread proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency Requirements What You Need to Qualify 5–8 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or knowledge/documentation roles Hands-on experience with tools like Responsive (RFPIO), SharePoint, or other KM systems Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail Ability to translate technical or service-oriented content into clear, persuasive language Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in insurance, BFSI, or consulting domains Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced global environment Bonus Skills Certifications in Proposal Management, Knowledge Capture, or Project Management (PMP, Agile) SEO or digital content knowledge Familiarity with Google Analytics, CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), or content performance metrics
