Role: Graphic Designer - Presentation (PPT) Duration: Permanent - Full Time Shift: 3PM - 11:45PM OR 6PM - 11:45PM Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Hebbal, Bangalore We’re hiring for a Presentation Designer for a Fortune 100 BFSI organisation. You’ll be part of a team that collaborates across departments - designing compelling decks, infographics, and communication assets that bring clarity and confidence to internal and external conversations. What You’ll Do • Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex data and ideas. • Brainstorm and develop visual concepts aligned with leadership messaging and company values. • Create infographics, internal communication visuals, and brand-aligned decks. • Translate raw input into polished, professional slides with a strong narrative. • Maintain visual consistency across all materials while sticking to brand guidelines. • Work directly with stakeholders to understand context, tone, and expectations. • Design custom icons, charts, diagrams, and illustrations as needed. • Refine and reformat existing presentations for improved clarity and visual flow. • Stay updated on design trends and mentor teammates on best practices in presentation design. • Balance multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality. • Be open to contributing to other design initiatives like branding and digital media as needed. Requirements What You’ll Need To Qualify • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Mass Media, or related fields. • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with B2B brands or creative agencies. • Expert-level PowerPoint skills and comfort with MS Office Suite. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). • Solid grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy. • Strong English communication skills - written and verbal. • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to self-review work. • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects. • A proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be told what to do next. • Bonus points if you’re familiar with social media creatives or employer branding visuals.
