Role: Associate Business Director Duration: Permanent - Full Time Shift: 6:30AM - 3:30PM Work Mode: On-Site Location: Bangalore, KA About the Role We’re looking for an Associate Business Director who can lead client delivery and account management across our client's global portfolio. This is a senior role that combines delivery leadership with client partnership - you’ll be the point of accountability for ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations. You’ll work closely with functional heads across Creative, Content, Digital Marketing, and Technology to orchestrate end-to-end delivery. Many of our client's projects are built on WordPress and enterprise CMS platforms, so familiarity with web technologies and digital-first delivery models is essential. What You’ll Do • Lead delivery across multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality outputs on time and within scope. • Act as the escalation point for clients, maintaining strong, transparent communication. • Partner with cross-functional leads to allocate resources, prioritise projects, and manage delivery risks. • Establish and enforce structured briefing, project management, and reporting processes. • Manage account P&L, billing cycles, and reporting for leadership. • Mentor and develop a team of managers and leads across functions. • Drive continuous improvement in delivery standards, tools, and team productivity. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative, or technology agencies. • Proven track record managing international clients and multi-stakeholder delivery. • Strong understanding of web platforms (WordPress, CMS, digital-first solutions). • Experience leading teams of 5+ members across multiple functions. • Ability to thrive in multi-client, multi-tool environments (Jira, Asana, Trello, or client-preferred PM tools). • Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in engaging global stakeholders. Nice to Have • Exposure to enterprise level clients in sectors like retail, technology, or financial services. • Familiarity with creative and digital production workflows (print, digital, video). • Prior experience in setting up scalable briefing and delivery systems.
