Role: Project Manager - Change & Operations (Insurance) Duration: Permanent - Full Time Shift: 6:00PM - 2:45AM Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bangalore, KA / Pune, MH We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to join the Change & Operations team of a global leader in the insurance and financial services sector. This role is part of a high impact global division and offers the opportunity to work closely with onshore stakeholders in the UK while driving change and transformation initiatives from India. What You’ll Do • Manage and track strategic change initiatives across multiple portfolios and programs. • Partner with UK-based business leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities. • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility on project health, milestones, and risks. • Support business analysis activities: gather requirements, analyse impacts, and document processes in the insurance domain. • Maintain and monitor project governance (risks, issues, dependencies, lessons learned, SOPs). • Collaborate with cross-shore teams to support change management, financial tracking, and compliance. • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and reporting. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 15+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Consulting, preferably within insurance, brokerage, or BFSI domains. • Strong understanding of change management, governance frameworks, and portfolio management. • Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, PlanView). • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus. • Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred. • Proven ability to work with onshore–offshore teams and senior stakeholders in a global environment. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
