What You’ll Do • Design and execute change strategies for HR initiatives that support the adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key audiences and develop tailored strategies to achieve buy-in and adoption. • Lead change impact assessments, mapping out how organizational shifts affect people, processes, and technology. • Develop and deliver communication plans and internal campaigns to ensure seamless transitions and alignment across teams. • Create high-quality deliverables such as stakeholder maps, training plans, and executive briefings to support key change projects. • Use data and analytics to measure campaign success and refine strategies for greater impact. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Requirements What You Need To Qualify • 5–8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, HR transformation, or internal communications. • Proven track record of working on HR system rollouts, process transformations, or large-scale change initiatives. • Experience in consulting or professional services environments is highly advantageous. • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a strategic yet hands-on approach. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Change Management certifications such as PROSCI® are a plus.
