This is a client-facing, consulting-oriented role that combines financial analysis, industry research, and strategic insights to support C-Suite decision-making in the insurance and reinsurance sector. You will work on projects that directly contribute to business growth, client acquisition, and retention. What You'll Do • Analyze financial performance of insurance/reinsurance companies (profitability, solvency, risk exposure). • Support business intelligence, prospecting, and consulting assignments for global clients. • Develop financial models and insights using advanced Excel. • Deliver presentations and reports that support client strategy and decision-making. • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and address client challenges. Requirements What You Need To qualify • MBA in Finance (or equivalent). • 1–4 years of experience in financial analysis or strategic consulting. • Exposure to the insurance/reinsurance sector (preferred). • Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
