Role: Studio Resource Lead Duration: Permanent - Full Time Shift: 2:30PM - 11:45PM OR 6:00PM - 2:45AM Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bengaluru, KA / Pune, MH We are seeking a Studio Resource Lead to manage and optimise the allocation, workload, and utilisation of our client's global in-house creative team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are resourced effectively across time zones, deadlines are met, and quality standards are upheld. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of creative workflows, resource management, and quality assurance. You will partner with project managers and studio leaders to anticipate needs, balance workloads, and ensure resources are allocated to deliver high-quality creative work on time. What You'll Do In the Job • Oversee and manage studio resourcing across multiple creative projects, ensuring optimal allocation of talent. • Collaborate with project managers to assess project requirements, estimate hours, and identify potential resource conflicts. • Monitor workloads and adjust assignments proactively to ensure on-time project delivery. • Maintain visibility across all active studio projects and provide clear communication on resource availability and priorities. Manage proofreader resourcing and allocations, ensuring smooth coordination with multiple teams. • Uphold quality control processes, ensuring timely and error-free deliverables. • Allocate resources across time zones in line with global resourcing priorities. • Build strong relationships with team members to understand their strengths, and align assignments accordingly. • Participate in daily resourcing huddles and team meetings to provide updates on capacity, priorities, and potential conflicts. Requirements What You need To Qualify Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent industry experience. 3–5 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house studio, with proven expertise in resource management and project prioritisation. Experience using project management and resourcing tools (Workfront preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
