Role: Sr. Campaign Analyst - Salesforce Sales Cloud Duration: Permanent - Full Time Shift: 3:00PM - 11:45PM Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Pune / Bangalore Join a global-facing marketing team that runs end-to-end campaigns inside Salesforce Sales Cloud—from brief and build, to launch and reporting. You’ll own the plan, run the execution, keep projects on time, and prove impact with dashboards and pipeline attribution. What You'll Do: • Plan campaigns from stakeholder briefs; translate goals into audience, assets, and timelines. • Lead execution across channels, adding ideas that lift performance. • Project manage end-to-end: scope, schedule, QA, and on-time delivery. • Coordinate / create campaign assets (copy, graphics) with designers & writers. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners; keep comms tight on status & deadlines. • Own your workload—prioritize, keep momentum, close loops. • Stay on-brand & on-trend: follow guidelines and track industry updates. • ​Mentor juniors and raise the bar for the craft. Requirements What You Need To Qualify: • 7+ years in marketing or related fields with a strong data/analytics orientation. • Salesforce Sales Cloud (campaigns, campaign members/statuses, reports & dashboards) and Data Loader (imports, upserts). • Excel (advanced), plus exposure to web analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet. • Proven project management and quality assurance mindset; you hit deadlines without dropping the ball. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team. • Full Time Bachelor's Degree. • Bonus: Advanced digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM awareness, and an eye for creative polish.
