This team partners with brand, design, video, and project coordination to deliver high-quality assets and on-time programs for internal stakeholders. We’re scaling creative operations and project delivery. You’ll be the hub that plans, prioritises, and ships work leading cross-functional squads (design, video, brand, and project coordinators), aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes across timelines, quality, and budget. What you’ll do • Own planning & delivery: build realistic timelines, allocate resources, track burn, and course-correct to hit scope, schedule, and budget. • Lead cross-functional squads: assign work to designers/video/brand collaborators, unblock them, and maintain high creative standards. • Stakeholder management: align expectations, run stand-ups and reviews, and deliver crisp progress, risk, and KPI updates. • Creative operations: ensure every asset (design/video/campaign collateral) adheres to brand guidelines and quality bars. • Performance & reporting: define KPIs/scorecards, maintain dashboards, and share insights that drive decisions. • Process improvement: spot bottlenecks, standardise ways of working, and roll out playbooks/templates in PM tools (e.g., Monday/Asana/Jira). • Risk & change: identify risks early, run impact assessments, and land change requests without derailing delivery. • People leadership: coach a 8–12 member pod; set expectations, review work, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Requirements What You'll need To Qualify: • 7–10 years in project/program management, creative ops, or PMO within a multi-stakeholder environment. • Demonstrated success delivering multi-asset creative/brand projects (design + video) with measurable business impact. • Strong stakeholder and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior audiences. • Fluency with PM tools and the MS Office/Google Workspace stack; able to build scorecards and dashboards. • Structured problem-solver with sharp prioritisation; calm under shifting priorities. • Experience planning/budgeting and managing a team of ~10+ contributors.
