Role: Sr. PPC / SEM Specialist Duration: Permanent - Full Time Shift: 6:30AM - 3:30PM Work Mode: On-Site Location: Bangalore, KA We're hiring for a Sr. SEM / PPC Specialist to own end-to-end paid media execution across a multi-platform portfolio and turn performance data into clear actions that move client KPIs. What You'll Do • Set up, launch, and QA campaigns with accurate tracking, targeting, and budgets. • Optimise bids, budgets, creatives, and audiences daily to hit ROAS/CPA/CTR targets. • Operate confidently across Search, YouTube/PMAX, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DSPs, and Amazon Ads. • Turn platform metrics into simple, actionable insights for stakeholders. • Ensure robust measurement with Google Analytics and GTM; support dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar). Requirements What You Need To Qualify • 5+ years hands-on campaign execution and optimisation (more is great). • Deep working knowledge of Google Ads (Search/PMAX) and Meta, plus at least two of: LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon Ads, DSPs. • Confidence with GA and GTM for clean conversion tracking and audiences. • Familiarity with Looker Studio (or similar BI tools) for reporting. • Analytical, detail-driven, and able to explain technical concepts clearly.
