Role: Video & Motion Graphics Specialist Duration: Permanent – Full Time Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:45 PM Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bangalore or Pune Create high-impact video and motion content that supports brand and business communication. You’ll own projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior creatives while delivering polished, story-driven visuals. What You’ll Do • Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content. • Lead projects from concept to final delivery; manage timelines and quality. • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders on visual storytelling. • Handle hands-on videography: camera operation, framing, lenses, composition. • Ensure outputs meet brand, creative, and technical standards. • Review work, mentor junior designers, and provide creative guidance. • Stay updated with motion, video, and design trends; apply best practices. Requirements What You Need To Qualify • 7+ years of experience in video editing and motion design. • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work. • Advanced proficiency in: • Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop, Audition & Media Encoder • Strong eye for composition, color, typography, and movement. • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments. Nice to Have • Working or advanced knowledge of Cinema 4D. • Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior designers.
