Job Overview Senior Business Analysts are strategic partners in organizations, responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating complex business needs into actionable requirements. Tech + MBA preferred. · Minimum of 5–6 years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years in senior-level roles managing complex projects. · Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BPM), business intelligence platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. · Relevant certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP are highly desirable. · Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and delivering measurable business outcomes
