Job Description: • Fixed Assets - Check entries passed in books and reconcile the same with the FA register • Fixed Assets - Annual physical verification by management and interim verifications by auditors • CWIP- Capitalization status check and update • Trade Payable and Advances monitoring - Including GST and >180 days aged vendors • Prepaid Expense entries in Tally and prepared audit schedule matching with books • Verification of Import Bills and landed cost entries • Act as a checker in all AP entries passed in books of accounts • Subsidiary books closure - Verification of all entries and quarterly reporting of financials • Support in completing and facilitating all audits - Stat audit, Internal audit, other associated audits etc. • Very much efficient in Accounting entries for the Fixed Assets
