We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent/Learning modules. The consultant will lead functional delivery across requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into Oracle HCM configurations. • Configure and support: • Core HR: Global HR, Workforce Directory, Journeys, MSS/ESS • Payroll: Payroll processing, validations, statutory/compliance support • Talent & Learning: Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning Cloud • Configure Journeys, approval workflows, security roles, and self-service processes. • Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post go-live hypercare. • Prepare functional documentation and conduct end-user training. • Work with technical teams on data migration (HDL/HSDL), integrations, and reporting. Requirements Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. • Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Learning. • Experience with Journeys, MSS/ESS, approvals, and security roles. • Working knowledge of HDL/HSDL and Fast Formulas (Payroll/Eligibility/Absence). • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Preferred • Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certification. • Experience delivering HCM projects for enterprise clients.
