An ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical abilities and the knowledge of web development and SEO, be able to liaison with third-party vendors and have a good grasp of the dynamic environment in digital communications. The candidate should be solution-oriented, impact-oriented and committed to adhering to timelines. Responsibilities: • Lead the strategic dissemination of digital content for CEEW • Manage a Team of Social Media, Web Manager and Design Associates • Conceptualise and lead campaigns to humanise climate change and sustainability • Drive more impact-oriented and targeted communication through a data-backed approach • Envision and own the revamp of the official website for CEEW • Develop and execute customised Social Media strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and any new platform that CEEW leverages • Work closely with the SEO partners and agencies to broaden the reach of brand CEEW • Reimagine brand voice for CEEW on digital media • Assist the development of new digital dashboards and tools • Brainstorm on Creative Content Ideas for Digital Platforms • Manage end-to-end digital projects • Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging platforms • Implement Paid Digital Marketing Campaigns on Google, Social and other Platforms Other responsibilities: • Coordinate with third-party vendors (designers, printers, photographer/videographer) to ensure that outputs are delivered as per timelines • Brainstorm with the team on creative engagement ideas for digital media and work towards executing these • Provide on-ground support for CEEW events • Support the Outreach team in other tasks as and when required In addition to the duties and responsibilities above - the individual should be prepared, as and when necessary, to take on additional tasksSelection Criteria Qualification • Master’s degree in communications, digital marketing or any related fields or a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering • 6-10 years experience in digital strategy, digital marketing or a similar role • Excellent communication skills • Excellent eye for detail • Excellent grasp of the English language • Excellent project management skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively Desired skills • Team and Agency Management Experience • Excellent analytical ability • Excellent content marketing ability • Thorough understanding of SEO and digital media analytics tools • Specialisation in advertising strategy • Strong storytelling ability • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Drupal, WordPress and other CMS tools • Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking on digital communications • Strong content development abilities CEEW operates in a dynamic environment and the candidate will be required to show flexibility in undertaking a variety of tasks.
