• Act as HR Business Partner for business and functional teams. • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, manpower requirements and organizational development. • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, performance management and retention. • Handle employee relations, grievances and HR policy implementation. • Support recruitment and manpower planning in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team. • Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management. • Work closely with sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D and corporate functions. Requirements ​ • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Agri Input, Fertilizer, Seeds, Biological, Crop Protection or related agriculture industry. • Strong understanding of HRBP practices, employee engagement and performance management. • Good communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and interact with senior management. ​ Benefits ​Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
