We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Manager to lead and drive the company's seed business across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the seed industry, a strong understanding of channel management, product commercialization, sales strategy, and team leadership. This role is responsible for delivering sustainable business growth while strengthening market presence across multiple crop segments. Requirements Education • B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory) • MBA in Marketing/Agri-Business preferred Experience • 12–18 years of experience in the Seed Industry. • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing national or multi-state sales operations. • Experience in Corn, Cotton, Rice, Vegetables, Millets, Pulses, Oilseeds, or other field crops is preferred.
