• Drive primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory. • Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and retailer networks. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or any Graduation. • 5–8+ years of experience in Agri Input / Agrochemical / Crop Protection sales. • Strong dealer and distributor network in Telangana.
