We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Manager / Business Manager to lead and grow our retail business across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.The role will involve managing multiple retail outlets, achieving sales targets, leading branch teams, maintaining inventory, improving customer experience, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. Requirements • Graduate in any discipline; Agriculture / Horticulture / MBA / Agri-Business preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or store operations. • Experience managing multiple retail outlets will be an advantage. • Prior experience in gardening, nursery, hardware, agricultural equipment, machinery, or allied industries preferred. • Strong sales and business-development orientation.
