• Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities. • Handle hiring for Sales, Marketing, Production, R&D and corporate functions. • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. • Manage employee onboarding, documentation and induction. • Handle attendance, leave management and HR records. • Support employee engagement, retention and employee relations. Requirements • 6+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role. • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. • Experience in Biological / Bio-fertilizers / Bio pesticides / Bio stimulants / Agri-Input industry preferred. • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
