• Manage commercial operations, billing, invoicing and order processing. • Monitor sales performance, dealer outstanding and collection efficiency. • Handle credit control, payment follow-ups and reconciliation. • Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics and supply chain teams. • Monitor inventory, stock movement and dispatch planning. • Prepare commercial reports, MIS and business performance updates. • Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial processes. • Support channel operations and timely execution of business plans. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations. • Experience in the agri-input industry is preferred. • Prior exposure to bulk fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers (WSF) will be an advantage. • Strong understanding of billing, collections, credit control and inventory management. • Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
