If you’re passionate about visual storytelling and want to create an impact, we’d About the Role We are looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to create engaging animations and videos for our marketing efforts including social media, website assets, paid ads, learning content etc. Key Responsibilities ●Create explainer videos, GIFs etc. ●Create dynamic social media and ad creatives (video-based and static) ●Work with copywriters to enhance storytelling with motion ●Design brochures, banners, certificates, letterheads, website assets etc. ●Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital media platforms ●Work with the Head of Branding to work on guidelines ●Work with marketing teams to optimize designs for engagement and conversions ​love to have you on board! Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications ●A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts or a related field (preferred, but not required) ●Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc.) ●Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animations and graphics ●Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles ●Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are accurate, polished, and high quality ●Good to have: Experience with Canva ●Bonus: Knowledge of Figma & 3D animation ●Strong communication and collaboration skills and an eye for aesthetics ●Understanding of branding guidelines ●Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects ●Ability to create visually compelling and engaging motion graphics ●Ability to develop unique and on-brand design styles ●Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new trends
