Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 3+ Years Location: Trivandrum Job Summary We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive​ with experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, social media, and graphic design. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, strengthening brand presence, generating leads, and supporting the growth of the organization within the aviation sector. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Manage Google Ads, PPC, social media advertising, and audience retargeting campaigns. • Create engaging marketing creatives and visual assets for aviation-focused campaigns. • Design logos, illustrations, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite. • Develop marketing content for websites, blogs, landing pages, brochures, press releases, advertisements, and social media. • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. • Manage and optimize the company website on Wix, including content, design, SEO, and user experience improvements. • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular KPI reports. • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to identify new opportunities. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns. • Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign expenditure. • Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X. • Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, seminars, promotional events, and other marketing activities. • Develop and maintain relationships with media, publishers, vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders. • Manage growth marketing and CRM initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention. • Optimize advertising campaigns, landing pages, and user experience to improve conversions and reduce acquisition costs. • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to identify the most effective marketing channels and strategies. • Track department KPIs and communicate campaign performance, insights, challenges, and opportunities to management. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and graphic designing. • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the aviation sector. • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, social media advertising, and retargeting. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. • Good understanding of SEO and website development/management. • Experience working with Wix is preferred. • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Strong attention to detail.
