We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in the Life Insurance domain to lead product development and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate should have current end-to-end product development experience in the Life Insurance domain and should be working in a product-based organization. The role involves managing the complete product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving digital transformation, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute product roadmaps for Life Insurance products and digital solutions • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development to implementation and post-launch improvements • Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Prepare and manage detailed BRDs and FRDs for product development • Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments • Drive digital transformation and improvements across insurance products and customer journeys • Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and applicable industry standards • Monitor product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights • Identify opportunities for product innovation and process improvement • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives Key Skills and Qualifications • 8–20 years of overall experience in Product Management • 8+ years of experience in Product Management with 6+ years in the Life Insurance domain • Mandatory current end-to-end product development experience in Life Insurance • Mandatory experience working in a Product-Based organization • Strong experience in preparing and managing BRDs and FRDs • Hands-on experience with Life Asia or other core Life Insurance platforms • Strong knowledge of digital transformation and policy administration systems • Experience in customer journey optimization • Good understanding of Life Insurance processes including underwriting, claims, sales, and policy administration • Proficiency in Agile methodologies • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Good understanding of IRDAI regulations and Life Insurance industry standards Location : Navi Mumbai,Chennai Apply by sending your CV to [email protected]
