We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, handling recruitment trackers, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and Boolean search skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, business development, corporate, and other positions • Understand Job Descriptions and hiring requirements from respective departments • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels • Conduct Boolean searches and use effective sourcing techniques • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements • Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and job fit • Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements • Ensure timely feedback collection from interview panels • Maintain accurate daily and weekly recruitment trackers • Track profiles sourced, shortlisted, interviews, selections, offers, joining status, and positions closed • Maintain recruitment databases for future hiring requirements • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets • Prioritize critical and difficult-to-close requirements • Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche positions • Continuously improve sourcing quality and recruitment TAT • Support job posting and employer branding activities • Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired positions • Develop candidate networks through LinkedIn and other professional platforms Key Skills and Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Recruitment • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes • Strong candidate sourcing and Boolean search skills • Experience sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media • Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously • Strong interview coordination and candidate management skills • Target-oriented and result-driven approach • Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills • Good knowledge of recruitment trackers, databases, and reporting • Experience with ATS/HRMS tools such as Zoho Recruit or Zoho People is preferred • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage Apply by sending your CV to [email protected]
