We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven PR Executive to strengthen our brand presence and build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and project sites while driving effective communication, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting strategic public relations initiatives. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong professional networks. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, contractors, channel partners, and other key stakeholders. Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, networking forums, and project sites. Ensure consistent and professional brand communication across all external interactions. Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility through partnerships, collaborations, and industry engagement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholder feedback to support PR and communication strategies. Coordinate branding and promotional activities across project sites and external touchpoints. Maintain accurate records and reports of stakeholder interactions, meetings, and market insights. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives. Build and maintain a positive brand image through effective stakeholder engagement and communication. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Marketing or Public Relations background preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven networking and relationship management abilities. Confident, professional, and proactive personality with a customer-focused approach. Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and project site visits. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
