We are looking for experienced and results-driven Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth, expand the dealer and distributor network, and strengthen our cement business across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in cement channel sales, dealer management, and business development, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop, expand, and manage dealer and distributor networks across the assigned territory. Achieve primary and secondary sales targets while driving revenue growth. Generate business through dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and project customers. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and key customers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product supply, order processing, and deliveries. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, dealer performance, and customer feedback. Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities. Prepare and submit sales reports, market intelligence reports, and business performance updates. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and effective relationship management. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cement Sales, Channel Sales, Building Materials, or a related industry. Mandatory experience in the Cement Industry. Strong knowledge of cement distribution, dealer management, channel sales, and market development. Established dealer and distributor network within the assigned territory is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and email communication. Strong analytical, business development, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
