About the Role We are looking for a Content & Communications Specialist to create clear, compelling, and technically accurate content across Agivant’s internal and external communication channels. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role that brings together technical writing, content and communications, and business-oriented storytelling. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead, engineers, architects, subject-matter experts, sales teams, business leaders, and designers to translate technical and business inputs into structured, engaging, and publish-ready content. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editorial skills, prior experience in the IT services industry, and the ability to communicate technology concepts, business value, and organizational messages effectively to different audiences. Key Responsibilities Technical Writing • Write and edit technical blogs, solution briefs, case studies, points of view, whitepapers, presentations, and service-related content. • Work with engineers, architects, delivery teams, and subject-matter experts to understand technical concepts and convert their inputs into clear and accurate content. • Simplify technology topics across AI, cloud, data, SaaS, and digital engineering for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ensure technical terminology, solution descriptions, capabilities, and claims are accurate and validated before publication. Content & Communications • Create and edit website copy, LinkedIn content, newsletters, campaign content, partnership announcements, and company updates. • Draft internal communication, including leadership messages, employee announcements, employer-branding content, and event communication. • Maintain Agivant’s established brand voice, messaging, tone, and editorial standards across internal and external channels. • Own and execute the content calendar by tracking deliverables, coordinating inputs, managing reviews and approvals, and ensuring timely publishing. Business-Oriented Storytelling • Develop case studies and client success stories that clearly articulate the business challenge, technology solution, implementation approach, and measurable outcomes. • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value across efficiency, growth, cost reduction, customer experience, risk, and operational improvement. • Support the creation of sales collateral, company credentials, solution narratives, presentations, and other client-facing communication. • Work with marketing, sales, leadership, and business teams to align content with organizational priorities, client needs, service offerings, and market opportunities. Content Operations • Coordinate with marketing, design, leadership, and business teams to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. • Maintain content repositories, templates, style guides, messaging documents, and approved brand assets. • Use content performance insights and stakeholder feedback to improve clarity, relevance, reach, and engagement. • Use AI-assisted writing and editing tools to improve productivity without compromising accuracy, originality, or editorial quality. Requirements Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in content, communications, technical writing, editorial, or related roles. • Prior experience working in an IT services organization is mandatory. • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and content-structuring skills. • Experience creating both technical and business-oriented content across long-form and short-form formats. • Experience developing technical blogs, case studies, solution briefs, website copy, presentations, social media content, and internal communication. • Ability to understand technology concepts and translate technical inputs into clear, accurate, and audience-friendly communication. • Working knowledge of enterprise technology areas such as AI, cloud, data, SaaS, and digital engineering. • Strong understanding of how technology capabilities connect with client challenges, business outcomes, and enterprise value. • Experience interviewing and collaborating with engineers, architects, subject-matter experts, business teams, and senior stakeholders. • Proven experience managing and executing a content calendar across multiple channels, stakeholders, and deadlines. • Strong coordination, stakeholder-management, and follow-up skills. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines. • A portfolio of published or professionally produced technical, business, and communications content. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field. Nice to Have • Experience writing for B2B enterprise technology audiences and global clients. • Experience creating thought-leadership, sales-enablement, internal communication, or employer-branding content. • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, content-management systems, and social media analytics. • Experience using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly, or similar platforms.
