The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement workshops • Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact analysis • Support UAT activities including test case validation and sign-off • Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC • Track requirement changes and maintain documentation Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles • Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, or Confluence • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
