The role involves responding to customer queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring smooth user experience through chat and online support channels. Responsibilities • Handle customer queries through chat, WhatsApp, or email • Provide clear and quick responses • Update customer details in the system • Follow scripts/process and escalate issues when required Requirements • Any graduate / 12th pass can apply for this role. • Basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, using MS Office, handling chat tools) • Good written communication • Ability to multitask • Customer-friendly attitude • Willing to learn processes quickly
