• Conduct outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers • Pitch products or services to generate sales or set appointments • Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients • Handle objections confidently and close leads • Meet daily and monthly sales targets and conversion metrics • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM or call logs Requirements • 6 months to 3 years of experience in voice process, telesales, telemarketing, or customer services • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently • Experience in BPO, customer service, outbound/inbound sales • Prior B2B or B2C client handling experience is a plus
