We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Admin who can independently manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Handling end-to-end HR operations Managing attendance and payroll coordination Employee onboarding and documentation Implementation of HR policies and procedures Administrative coordination across multiple teams/floors Vendor and facility management Requirements Strong communication and coordination skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance Ability to work independently and take ownership Immediate joiners will be preferred.
