We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence within the assigned region. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for freight forwarding and logistics services. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and provide customized logistics solutions Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business opportunities Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and support regional sales strategies Track sales performance, revenue targets, and prepare business reports Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred 10–15 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, customs brokerage, and supply chain solutions Proven experience in business development, sales target achievement, and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
