The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, and support end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Benefits, Compensation, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. • Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution design sessions. • Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development. • Execute system testing, UAT support, and production deployments. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and project stakeholders. • Support data migration, reporting, and integration activities as required. • Create user documentation and deliver end-user training. Required Skills • 5–8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. • Strong hands-on experience in: • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) • Oracle Benefits • Oracle Compensation • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) • Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or support projects. • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices. • Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with Core HR, Absence Management, or Talent Management is an added advantage. • Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Reports, or OTBI is preferred. • Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus. • Experience working in Agile project environments.
