Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced PYP Coordinator to lead the implementation and development of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). The coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of teaching and learning in alignment with IB philosophy and practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and review of the PYP curriculum. Support and mentor teachers in implementing IB inquiry-based strategies. Coordinate IB documentation and liaise with the IB for programme authorization and evaluation. Organize and lead professional development workshops for staff. Foster collaboration among the teaching team and promote a student-centered learning culture. Monitor and evaluate student progress in accordance with IB standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred). IB-recognized PYP training and minimum 10 years of PYP Coordinator and teaching experience. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to the IB ethos and a growth mindset.
