• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and identify patients’ physical and functional needs. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions. • Monitor and document patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as required. • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, positioning, mobility, and home-based care. • Work closely with doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other rehabilitation professionals. • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. • Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment. • Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and rehabilitation programs.
