• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the neurorehabilitation centre to ensure smooth service delivery. • Monitor patient admission, discharge, and rehabilitation workflow in coordination with clinical teams. • Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and facilities. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary departments to facilitate seamless patient care. • Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS as required by the management. • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. • Support implementation of NABH and other quality initiatives within the centre. • Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of operational requirements. • Handle patient and caregiver concerns, ensuring timely resolution and service excellence. • Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance, and operational support across departments. • Assist in planning and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. • Organize meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items. • Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for operational requirements. • Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to quality and compliance. • Perform any other operational duties assigned by the management
