• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the Prachodhanam Project activities across assigned locations. • Plan, organize, and monitor vocational training programs for beneficiaries. • Ensure timely achievement of project goals, targets, and deliverables. • Coordinate with vocational trainers, beneficiaries, families, and community stakeholders. • Conduct beneficiary assessments, enrollments, and progress tracking. • Maintain project records, attendance, reports, and other required documentation. • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of vocational training activities. • Organize awareness programs, workshops, exhibitions, and community engagement activities. • Prepare periodic project reports and submit updates to management and funding agencies as required. • Support beneficiaries in skill development, job placement, self-employment, and livelihood opportunities.
