• Assess the skills, interests, and vocational abilities of beneficiaries. • Develop and implement vocational training programs based on individual capabilities. • Provide practical training in selected trades, life skills, and work-related activities. • Support beneficiaries in improving independence, confidence, communication, and social skills. • Adapt teaching methods and training materials according to different disabilities and learning needs. • Monitor trainee progress and maintain individual performance records. • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive training environment. • Assist beneficiaries in developing workplace behavior, discipline, and time management skills. • Coordinate vocational activities, workshops, and production units within the centre. • Encourage participation in income-generation and skill-development activities. • Work closely with therapists, social workers, caregivers, and family members for holistic development. • Support placement, internship, or livelihood opportunities for eligible beneficiaries. • Organize exhibitions, sales activities, and community interaction programs for vocational products. • Prepare monthly reports and documentation related to training activities and beneficiary progress. • Participate in meetings, trainings, and rehabilitation planning sessions.
