• Supervise day-to-day laboratory activities and staff. • Ensure proper sample collection, handling, testing, and reporting. • Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration/service. • Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents. • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards. • Verify and authorize laboratory test reports. • Maintain laboratory records and documentation accurately. • Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding test results. • Train and guide laboratory technicians and support staff. • Ensure infection control and waste disposal procedures are followed. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology / Clinical Laboratory Science. • Minimum 3–5 years of laboratory experience, with supervisory experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control. • Good leadership and communication skills. • Proficiency in laboratory software and documentation.
