• Manage end-to-end recruitment: understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs in telecom functions (network operations, field support, splicing, sales, etc.). • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring. • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection. • Maintain candidate databases, pipelines, and recruitment reports. • Handle bulk hiring for field and technical positions within defined timelines. • Ensure smooth joining formalities and onboarding of selected candidates. • Support in employer branding activities like job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns. • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor laws. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in telecom/ISP/field workforce hiring. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, campus hiring). • Ability to handle high-volume hiring under strict timelines. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools/ATS.
