Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce functionality, configuration, and administration. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients. · Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. · Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business processes and requirements. · Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows. · Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups. · Resolve user support tickets, Provide ongoing user training, and create training materials as needed. · Ensure data integrity through the design and implementation of data quality best practices. · Perform data imports, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed. · Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators. · Build and maintain automated processes using workflows, process builder, and Flow. · Collaborate with development teams for more complex automation requirements. · Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. · Implement and maintain security controls, including sharing rules and security settings. · Conduct regular security audits and implement best practices. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. · Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification is required. · Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. · In-depth understanding of Salesforce products, functionality, and Salesforce best practices. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
