Requirements • MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; B.E./B.Tech preferred. • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing technology-driven solutions, with a strong ability to leverage technology to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency. • Strong understanding of financial concepts, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA/Macros, and SQL (intermediate to advanced level required). • Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced environments while demonstrating resilience and adaptability under pressure. • Strong interest in and understanding of technology, supported by relevant professional experience. Prior exposure to development or IT roles will be considered a significant advantage. • Knowledge of Loan Servicing and Alternative Investments across various asset classes, including: • Asset-Based Lending (ABL) • Commercial Real Estate (CRE) • Middle-Market Financing • Exposure to EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and US financial markets and investment products will be preferred.
