Role Overview This is a hands-on execution role within the CRM and Customer Experience team. You will handle day-to-day customer communication, CRM campaign execution, WhatsApp campaigns and flows, ticket resolution and customer follow-ups. Key Responsibilities • Customer Support & Communication: Handle queries across WhatsApp, chat, email and calls. Resolve issues within SLAs • CRM & WhatsApp Campaign Execution: Execute campaigns, set up WhatsApp broadcasts, automated flows and customer journeys • Retention & Outbound Sales: Support outbound campaigns for repeat purchase and reactivation • CRM Operations & Reporting: Track ticket volumes, response times, prepare daily/weekly reports Ideal Candidate • 1–2 years in CRM, customer support, e-commerce or telesales • Good written and verbal communication • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools • Organised, detail-oriented, customer-first mindset
